tarp supplies - For more heavy-duty protection use a tarp. The strongly sewn polyethylene fabric and film is waterproof and has rustproof grommets every yard so you can tie something through it.
The tarp is unaffected acids, alkalines and salt and is lightweight, mildew resistant and weather resistant to -20 degrees F.

Bungie cords - A bag has a dozen hooked nylon-coated elastic bungee cords. Useful for tying down tarps, canopies, sleeping bags and others. |

packing rope - If you need to tie something to your car roof, nylon rope is a must. Good for keeping any items secure so they do not shift and get hurt during move.
Can also be used to tie up packing boxes to bring to the recycling center, when done with the move.
Also useful when roping up cardboard boxes when finished with them.
