- Product Guarantee
We offer a full 10-day guarantee on all our moving and packing boxes and sets. If you are not satisfied with them for any reason, simply return them and we will refund the purchase price. Shipping expenses are your responsibility and we only offer refunds for full kits of moving boxes and supplies.
- Shipping Guarantee
We will offer a full refund, including delivery and return shipping, for orders that arrive more than three business days later than expected. Simply refuse or return the boxes or packing supplies and we will refund the total expenses as soon as the package is received in our warehouse. Please note that shipping time starts running the business day after you placed your order and that your order must be received before 4pm to be processed by the next business day. Delivery times vary but estimates can be seen here.
If you decide to keep your order despite a late arrival, you won’t be entitled to any credits or discounts.
- Lost Delivery
You will receive a full refund, including shipping charges, for any order considered “lost” or delivered to the wrong location.
- Delivery Refusal
You have a right to refuse an order even if it arrives within the specified 3 business days. In this case, however, you will be responsible for delivery charges to and from the shipping location. You will be granted credit once the order has been received and processed at our warehouse. |
