Our frame boxes can help protect much more than just your paintings. Ideal for mirrors, windows and flat glass panels, these moving boxes will make it easy to pack and carry valuable items without having to worry about them cracking or fracturing in the way. While the moving boxes themselves are thick enough to protect your valuables, you should still use plenty of bubble wrap to cover the objects before you pack them away. The extra large boxes are shipped flat inside a frame box, which can also be reused for packing.

Helpful Moving Tips:
Planning Your Move In Advance
The earlier you start planning and organizing your move, the smoother the process is likely to go. The truth is that is never too early to start planning, and there are lots of things you can do even a month in advance to help you get going.
ONE MONTH BEFORE
Arrange for service. This includes everything from signing up a contract with a moving company to getting cardboard boxes to arranging hotel stays or storage space.
Start transferring your paperwork. If you’re moving to another state, or even another county, you will need to contact your doctors for copies of your medical records and your child’s school in order to get all needed paperwork. Depending on what you own, you may need to transfer insurance policies too.
Cancel or get a change of address for anything you are subscribed to and get in the mail. You can even file a change of address with the post office, as the process of forwarding mail takes a few weeks to get into effect.
TWO WEEKS BEFORE
Start packing if you can. Resist the temptation of doing all the packing at this point, though, or you will be living out of boxes and making everything more difficult that it needs to be. Just put away things you don’t use frequently or seasonal items.
Sell or give away things you don’t want to take with you. If you plan on holding a garage sale, do it now, rather than waiting till the last few days, when you will busy with the packing.
Start eating out of your freezer. Try finishing off everything you have there rather than buying new, fresh food. If you have open packages of food, finish those off first, as many moving companies will not allow you to pack them away for the move.
Keep the process again until everything is out of the way and you only have the essential packing left for the last week. This will considerably reduce your level of stress by the time moving day finally arrives. |
