Decorating with kids around

Home moving and decorating can be stressful without the right moving supplies.
When redecorating a home, it’s always important to keep in mind who will be living there. If there are kids in the house, not only it’s important to remember that during the actual planning stage, but also while you’re working on the room. To make the most of your new room and to avoid accidents and problems, try the following:
Have the kids leave if at all possible. Having a three-year-old walking around tools and open cans of paint is a recipe for disaster. Ask a loved one to take over babysitting duties for a while so you can at least get through the most basic renovations without having to look over your shoulder all the time.
Keep dangerous tools out of reach. This is especially true of anything electric, but don’t forget small items such as nails or items such as wood pieces (which can have splinters) and metal items in general.
Always keep thinking about what the final design will look like, even during the initial stages of the remodeling. This will allow you to incorporate safety measures, such as rails or drawer stops, in the design.
